Get to know us

Since 2014, PriMedical has been redefining workers' compensation case management — boutique enough to customize, expert enough to lead. We hire skilled nurses and clinical professionals, invest in the teams that support them, and measure success by the outcomes our clients see on every file.

Each referral is overseen internally by a designated team of clinical and operations specialists. Goals are set per case, reviewed continuously, and supported by three value-added departments most vendors do not maintain in-house: Medical Management, Quality Assurance, and Internal Audit.

We assign referrals quickly and to the case manager best matched to the claim — the right nurse on the right team gives employers, insurers, and TPAs more control over medical management and return-to-work progress.
